SENIOR Project Manager
The purpose of a Senior Project Manager is to ensure the successful completion of key projects within a given time frame and budget, while also meeting the project’s objectives and goals. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for creating new workflows, processes and project structures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Defining project goals and objectives for key projects
- Creating a project plan
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities
- Managing project scope
- Monitoring project progress
- Managing project risks
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Establishing project rituals and routines
- Developing and implementing new workflows and processes
- Guidance and support for (junior) Project Managers

Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Basecamp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
- Fluent in English
- Ability to speak another major European language (German, French, Spanish) is a plus
